  • 4 Tips For Making It In Hollywood With A Strong Regional Accent

You've actually done it: you've packed up a Uhaul and moved across the country to pursue your dream of being an actor in Hollywood. You have an agent and an apartment, but there's just one problem: you also have a strong regional accent. A strong southern or New England accent may be charming, but it will also seriously limit your ability to snag acting gigs outside of niche roles. In order to be eligible for as many auditions as possible, just follow these four tips:

  • 3 Steps Towards A Health Pregnancy

If you are currently pregnant, here are a few steps you can take to keep you and your baby healthy. #1 Get Regular Chiropractic Care If you are pregnant, make sure that you let your chiropractor know and see if your chiropractor specializes in pregnancy chiropractic techniques or if your chiropractor can recommend you to one who does. When you are pregnant, chiropractic care can be extremely useful. Your body is carrying around a lot of extra weight, and that extra weight can make you lose your center of balance.

  • Reasons For Using A Home Health Care Service When Recovering From Knee Surgery At Home

After your total knee joint replacement, you'll be going home to finish your recovery. Recovering at home is a popular choice for those who don't want the expense of being in a hospital or using a rehabilitation center. But you will find that your recovery will be smoother if you have help from a home health service, at least for the first few weeks you are home. • The Dangers Of An Untreated Concussion

If you fall, get hit in the head with a hard ball, or have any other sort of accident in which you hit your head, it's always best to head to urgent care or the emergency room and get looked over to ensure you don't have a concussion. The signs of a concussion, which include headache, nausea, and fatigue, are not always immediately evident after an injury and can be very mild.

If you've gone from pleasantly plump to significantly overweight over the years you may feel as though you've already tried just about everything under the sun to get back to your original size with little lasting success. Although surgical procedures like gastric bypass or duodenal switch surgery can offer the benefits of quick -- and often permanent -- weight loss, you may be reluctant to permanently commit to the major lifestyle changes that often accompany these procedures.

  • About Me

    Powerful Physical Therapy

I was badly injured a year ago, and it took a long time to get back to my normal level of ability. One of the things that helped more than anything was the time that I spent in physical therapy. I didn’t always love going to physical therapy – in fact, sometimes, I really didn’t enjoy it at all. But ultimately, the therapists and other patients I worked with helped inspire me to get better, and the exercises facilitated my healing process. I started this blog to talk about all of the things I learned about physical therapy and healing during my recovery time. I hope my blog reaches other accident victims. I want to offer encouragement, hope, and information for people who are in the same boat that I was in.
